Café Mountain for POLY

There's a café and bakery in Seoul called Poly. Bread and pastries made fresh every morning, good coffee, a room tastefully finished in warm wood with a proper sound system soundtracking it all.

When we first got chatting to the team, the overlap wasn't hard to find. Poly's own view is that the best flavours aren't the loudest ones, but the ones you come back to. Swap flavours for fabric and that's more or less how we think about a garment.

So when it came to the uniform, we approached it the way we'd approach any of our own pieces. Fabrics worth wearing every day, details you'd only notice up close, nothing on there for its own sake. Built to survive a full shift behind the counter, and easy enough to forget you're wearing it by the afternoon.

If you ever find yourself in Seoul, get there early, order something simple and take your time with it. You'll understand the rest from there.
