RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (ONLINE)

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unsuitable items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in re-saleable condition, with all original labels and hang tags attached.
Refunds exclude all shipping costs.
We reserve the right to withhold incurred VAT/Import costs for returned items.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (IN STORE) 

We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit on any in store purchases within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unworn and in re-saleable condition, with all original labels and hang tags attached.

Store credit is redeemable both in store and online and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

To initiate a return, email customercare@cafe-mountain.com
with "RETURN" in the subject line, and explain the reason for your return. After we confirm your return request, you may return your order at your expense using the shipping method of your choice.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service, as Café Mountain is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Please note we do not use an automated system and your return will be dealt with by a member of staff. This means replies are not instant and can take 2-3 days and 3-7 days to action the refund once we have received the returned the item/s.
