A little while ago we said we'd start putting together a monthly mix, a way of sharing some of what's been playing while we work. Consider this the first of those.

Sounds From The Mountain is exactly what it sounds like, a running series of mixes built from the records we've had on rotation in the studio, the shop and everywhere in between. No theme to speak of, no agenda, just the stuff we've been reaching for lately gathered in one place.

Mix 01 sets the tone for what follows. It rewards a proper listen, so headphones on, kettle on, phone face down somewhere out of reach.
